{"id":661,"date":"2023-02-27T17:11:48","date_gmt":"2023-02-27T17:11:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wp.omeuimo.pt\/himobiliaria\/?p=661"},"modified":"2023-02-27T17:11:48","modified_gmt":"2023-02-27T17:11:48","slug":"propostas-em-discussao","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wpqa.omeuimo.pt\/himobiliaria\/propostas-em-discussao\/","title":{"rendered":"Propostas em discuss\u00e3o"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Foram <strong>aprovadas<\/strong> em <strong>Conselho de Ministros<\/strong> as \u201c<strong>medidas <\/strong>que procuram <strong>responder <\/strong>de forma<strong> completa <\/strong>a todas as <strong>dimens\u00f5es<\/strong> do <strong>problema da habita\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>\u201d, segundo Ant\u00f3nio Costa.<\/p>\n<p>As <strong>propostas <\/strong>do<strong> executivo<\/strong> est\u00e3o <strong>abertas<\/strong> \u00e0 <strong>discuss\u00e3o p\u00fablica<\/strong> durante 1 m\u00eas antes da aprova\u00e7\u00e3o <strong>definitiva<\/strong> pelo <strong>Governo<\/strong> ou por <strong>proposta de lei<\/strong> apresentada \u00e0 <strong>Assembleia da Rep\u00fablica<\/strong> no <strong>pr\u00f3ximo<\/strong> Conselho de Ministros, marcado para dia <strong>16 <\/strong>deste m\u00eas.<\/p>\n<p>O pacote de medidas \u201c<strong>Mais Habita\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>\u201d inclui <strong>apoio financeiro<\/strong> para <strong>titulares <\/strong>de <strong>contratos <\/strong>de<strong> cr\u00e9dito habita\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>, novas <strong>regras<\/strong> para os<strong> bancos <\/strong>e a <strong>simplifica\u00e7\u00e3o <\/strong>do <strong>processo<\/strong> de <strong>licenciamento <\/strong>de <strong>novos edif\u00edcios<\/strong> <strong>residenciais<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bb <\/strong>A <strong>venda<\/strong> de uma<strong> casa<\/strong> fica <strong>isenta<\/strong> do <strong>pagamento<\/strong> de <strong>mais-valias<\/strong> se for <strong>efetuada<\/strong> para <strong>amortizar<\/strong> o <strong>cr\u00e9dito habita\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> do <strong>propriet\u00e1rio<\/strong> ou de um <strong>descendente<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bb <\/strong>Os <strong>agregados familiares<\/strong> tributados <strong>at\u00e9 <\/strong>ao <strong>6.\u00ba escal\u00e3o<\/strong> do IRS com <strong>contrato <\/strong>de <strong>cr\u00e9dito habita\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> <strong>at\u00e9 200\u00a0000<\/strong> <strong>\u20ac<\/strong>, subscritos ap\u00f3s julho de 2018, ser\u00e3o <strong>apoiados <\/strong>em termos <strong>financeiros<\/strong> pelo <strong>executivo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bb <\/strong>Os<strong> bancos<\/strong> t\u00eam de <strong>disponibilizar<\/strong> uma\u00a0<strong>taxa fixa<\/strong> para o <strong>cr\u00e9dito habita\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bb<\/strong> Os <strong>projetos e especialidades<\/strong> de im\u00f3veis<strong> residenciais<\/strong> n\u00e3o ser\u00e3o pass\u00edveis de <strong>licenciamento municipal. <\/strong>Este fica <strong>limitado <\/strong>\u00e0s <strong>exig\u00eancias<\/strong> <strong>urban\u00edsticas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bb<\/strong> Os munic\u00edpios e as entidades p\u00fablicas\u00a0que <strong>n\u00e3o<\/strong> cumpram os <strong>prazos previstos<\/strong> na <strong>lei <\/strong>para a <strong>emiss\u00e3o <\/strong>de <strong>pareceres<\/strong> ficam sujeitas \u00e0 <strong>aplica\u00e7\u00e3o <\/strong>de <strong>penaliza\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Foram aprovadas em Conselho de Ministros as \u201cmedidas que procuram responder de forma completa a todas as dimens\u00f5es do problema da habita\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d, segundo Ant\u00f3nio Costa.
