{"id":631,"date":"2023-01-11T17:09:44","date_gmt":"2023-01-11T17:09:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wp.omeuimo.pt\/himobiliaria\/?p=631"},"modified":"2023-01-11T17:09:44","modified_gmt":"2023-01-11T17:09:44","slug":"ja-e-conhecida-a-taxa-aplicavel-na-figueira-da-foz-e-em-montemor-o-velho","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wpqa.omeuimo.pt\/himobiliaria\/ja-e-conhecida-a-taxa-aplicavel-na-figueira-da-foz-e-em-montemor-o-velho\/","title":{"rendered":"J\u00e1 \u00e9 conhecida a taxa aplic\u00e1vel na Figueira da Foz e em Montemor-o-Velho"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Quase todos os<strong> propriet\u00e1rios<\/strong> de <strong>pr\u00e9dios urbanos <\/strong>ou<strong> r\u00fasticos<\/strong> t\u00eam de <strong>pagar<\/strong> o<strong> Imposto<\/strong> <strong>Municipal sobre Im\u00f3veis<\/strong> (IMI).<\/p>\n<p>Contudo, em fun\u00e7\u00e3o do <strong>Valor Patrimonial<\/strong> <strong>Tribut\u00e1rio<\/strong> (VPT), mas tamb\u00e9m da <strong>taxa aplicada<\/strong> pelo<strong> munic\u00edpio<\/strong>, o <strong>valor <\/strong>do<strong> imposto<\/strong> pode <strong>subir <\/strong>ou <strong>descer <\/strong>de <strong>ano<\/strong> para<strong> ano.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Isto porque tanto o <strong>VPT<\/strong>, <strong>atualizado <\/strong>a cada<strong> 3 anos<\/strong> pelas finan\u00e7as, como a <strong>taxa<\/strong> <strong>aplicada<\/strong> pelas <strong>autarquias,<\/strong> que possuem <strong>autonomia<\/strong> para <strong>decidir <\/strong>o seu <strong>valor<\/strong> entre os <strong>patamares estabelecidos<\/strong>, entram na <strong>f\u00f3rmula <\/strong>utilizada para<strong> calcular<\/strong> o <strong>IMI.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Este ano, grande parte dos <strong>munic\u00edpios <\/strong>decidiu n\u00e3o mexer na taxa a aplicar ao IMI.<strong> Saiba<\/strong> o que <strong>decidiu <\/strong>a <strong>autarquia<\/strong> da <strong>Figueira da Foz<\/strong> e de <strong>Montemor-o-Velho<\/strong>!<\/p>\n<p>Na <strong>Figueira da Foz<\/strong>, os <strong>pr\u00e9dios urbanos<\/strong> est\u00e3o sujeitos \u00e0 taxa de <strong>0,40%<\/strong> e em <strong>Montemor-o-Velho<\/strong> \u00e0 taxa de <strong>0,34%<\/strong>, aos <strong>pr\u00e9dios r\u00fasticos<\/strong> \u00e9 aplicada a taxa de <strong>0,80%.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Tanto numa autarquia como na outra, os <strong>agregados familiares com dependentes<\/strong> t\u00eam <strong>direito <\/strong>\u00e0 <strong>dedu\u00e7\u00e3o fixa<\/strong>, cujo valor <strong>varia<\/strong> consoante o <strong>n\u00famero<\/strong> de <strong>dependentes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Quase todos os propriet\u00e1rios de pr\u00e9dios urbanos ou r\u00fasticos t\u00eam de pagar o Imposto Municipal sobre Im\u00f3veis (IMI).
