{"id":628,"date":"2023-01-11T17:07:33","date_gmt":"2023-01-11T17:07:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wp.omeuimo.pt\/himobiliaria\/?p=628"},"modified":"2023-01-11T17:07:33","modified_gmt":"2023-01-11T17:07:33","slug":"tem-60-dias-para-a-alterar-quando-muda-de-casa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wpqa.omeuimo.pt\/himobiliaria\/tem-60-dias-para-a-alterar-quando-muda-de-casa\/","title":{"rendered":"Tem 60 dias para a alterar quando muda de casa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Segundo a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o portuguesa, a <strong>morada <\/strong>corresponde \u00e0<strong> resid\u00eancia permanente<\/strong> associada ao <strong>cart\u00e3o do cidad\u00e3o<\/strong>, por isso, quando <strong>mudamos<\/strong> de<strong> casa<\/strong> \u00e9 <strong>obrigat\u00f3rio por lei<\/strong> <strong>proceder <\/strong>\u00e0 sua<strong> altera\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> no <strong>prazo<\/strong> de <strong>60 dias<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>O Artigo 19.\u00ba da <strong>Lei Geral Tribut\u00e1ria <\/strong>refere que \u201c<strong>sempre que se altere o estatuto de resid\u00eancia de um sujeito passivo, este deve comunicar, no prazo de 60 dias, tal altera\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 administra\u00e7\u00e3o tribut\u00e1ria\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O<strong> incumprimento <\/strong>do <strong>dever <\/strong>de <strong>alterar<\/strong> o<strong> domic\u00edlio fiscal<\/strong> no <strong>cart\u00e3o do cidad\u00e3o<\/strong> pode implicar o <strong>pagamento <\/strong>de<strong> multas<\/strong> e <strong>impedir<\/strong> o<strong> usufruto<\/strong> de <strong>direitos <\/strong>ou de<strong> benef\u00edcios fiscais<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Para <strong>proceder<\/strong> \u00e0 <strong>altera\u00e7\u00e3o <\/strong>da<strong> morada fiscal <\/strong>no<strong> cart\u00e3o do cidad\u00e3o<\/strong>, basta\u2026<\/p>\n<p>\u2026<strong>aceder<\/strong> ao<strong> portal<\/strong> dos <strong>Servi\u00e7os P\u00fablicos<\/strong> <strong>(ePortugal) <\/strong>ou <strong>dirigir-se<\/strong> ao <strong>Espa\u00e7o do Cidad\u00e3o<\/strong> ou ao <strong>Balc\u00e3o de Atendimento do Cart\u00e3o do Cidad\u00e3o<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Esta <strong>altera\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> \u00e9 <strong>comunicada<\/strong> <strong>automaticamente<\/strong> ao <strong>Servi\u00e7o Nacional de Sa\u00fade<\/strong>, \u00e0 <strong>Seguran\u00e7a Social<\/strong> e \u00e0s <strong>Finan\u00e7as<\/strong>, por isso, n\u00e3o precisa de se preocupar.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Segundo a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o portuguesa, a morada corresponde \u00e0 resid\u00eancia permanente associada ao cart\u00e3o do cidad\u00e3o, por isso, quando mudamos de casa \u00e9 obrigat\u00f3rio por lei proceder \u00e0 sua altera\u00e7\u00e3o no prazo de 60 dias.
