A <strong>Euribor<\/strong> disparou, durante o m\u00eas de agosto e, por consequ\u00eancia, o <strong>custo <\/strong>da<strong> presta\u00e7\u00e3o <\/strong>da<strong> casa<\/strong> pode <strong>subir<\/strong> at\u00e9 <strong>120 \u20ac<\/strong> j\u00e1 em <strong>setembro<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s subir as taxas juro diretoras em<strong> 50 <\/strong>pontos base, no m\u00eas de julho, o<strong> Banco Central Europeu<\/strong> (BCE), com o<strong> intuito <\/strong>de <strong>travar<\/strong> a<strong> infla\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>, j\u00e1 havia <strong>anunciado<\/strong> uma <strong>nova subida<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>A <strong>Euribor<\/strong>, <strong>taxa<\/strong> de<strong> juro <\/strong>de<strong> refer\u00eancia <\/strong>para o<strong> cr\u00e9dito habita\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>, diretamente <strong>influenciada<\/strong> pelas <strong>oscila\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong> das taxas de juro diretoras, <strong>aproxima-se<\/strong> dos <strong>m\u00e1ximos <\/strong>atingidos durante a crise da d\u00edvida\u00a0e <strong>agrava <\/strong>o <strong>custo<\/strong> da<strong> presta\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> da <strong>casa<\/strong>, se o<strong> contrato<\/strong> estiver indexado \u00e0 <strong>taxa vari\u00e1vel<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Entre as fam\u00edlias portuguesas, <strong>93% <\/strong>optou pela indexa\u00e7\u00e3o da <strong>taxa vari\u00e1vel<\/strong> ao <strong>cr\u00e9dito \u00e0 habita\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>. Se o <strong>contrato<\/strong> for <strong>revisto<\/strong> este m\u00eas, o <strong>valor<\/strong> da presta\u00e7\u00e3o <strong>aumenta<\/strong> entre <strong>9%<\/strong> e <strong>27%<\/strong>, consoante o prazo indexado (3, 6 ou 12 meses).<\/p>\n<p>Em contratos de cr\u00e9dito habita\u00e7\u00e3o (com taxa vari\u00e1vel) indexados \u00e0 <strong>Euribor <\/strong>a <strong>3 meses<\/strong>, nos <strong>pr\u00f3ximos 3 meses<\/strong>, o <strong>custo <\/strong>da <strong>presta\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> da <strong>casa<\/strong> aumenta <strong>43 \u20ac<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 + 9,3%\u00a0em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a junho.<\/p>\n<p>Em contratos de cr\u00e9dito habita\u00e7\u00e3o (com taxa vari\u00e1vel) indexados \u00e0 <strong>Euribor <\/strong>a <strong>6 meses<\/strong>, nos <strong>pr\u00f3ximos 6 meses<\/strong>, o <strong>custo <\/strong>da <strong>presta\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> da <strong>casa<\/strong> aumenta <strong>87 \u20ac<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 + 19%\u00a0em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a mar\u00e7o.<\/p>\n<p>Em contratos de cr\u00e9dito habita\u00e7\u00e3o (com taxa vari\u00e1vel) indexados \u00e0 <strong>Euribor <\/strong>a <strong>12 meses<\/strong>, nos <strong>pr\u00f3ximos 12 meses<\/strong>, o <strong>custo <\/strong>da <strong>presta\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> da <strong>casa<\/strong> aumenta <strong>122 \u20ac<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 + 27,2%\u00a0em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao ano passado.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>J\u00e1 se previa uma nova subida das taxas juro diretoras.
